The spacious lounge has many charming features; additional to the really imposing inglenook fireplace (unlimited supplies of logs, kindling wood and firelighters supplied) there are dressed stone lintels and original stone mullion windows and beams. There is a Smart TV, DVD player, CD player, and super-fast WiFi. There is additionally a (shared) courtyard lounge seating up to ten people in the courtyard behind the cottage.The shaker style kitchen is well equipped with a full-sized fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a microwave. It’s stocked with quality china from Burleigh – the UK’s longest established pottery based in the Potteries (so not far away) 

 Three bedrooms, two of which are doubles, and one a twin, all of which have good sized en-suites, (one of the en-suites has a bath with shower over, the other two have showers. All the bedrooms also have their own (modest) TVs.

We do not accept pets.

We have high speed WiFi which can be picked up anywhere in the cottage

In front of the cottage is a small but pleasant traditional cottage garden with some outside seating from where you can watch the world go by and in front of the garden on the other side of a traditional dry stone wall there is parking for two large or three average sized cars. In the courtyard behind there is a modest patio area with seating for up to six. Also in the courtyard there are laundry facilities in the courtyard lounge (there is also a washing machine in the cottage itself).
