Where * is indiated on the prices chart, this indicates that whilst our cottages (and also those at Cotterill Farm) are all gone, we know of another cottage of four star quality in the area with availability, details upon request - either ring or e mail.
REDUCTIONS:
KNOWL COTTAGE -
£20 off for 5 person ocupancy; £40 off for four person
occupancy, £60 off for three person occupancy and £80 off for two
person occupancy
MANIFOLD COTTAGE - £20 OFF for two person occupancy of Manifold Cottage (this is the one bedroomed cottage with a triple)
DOVE - £10 reduction for one person occupancy
SHORT BREAKS - only available from end of October- rates below,although short breaks are possible throughout the year at Cotterill Farm
In Knowl Cottage:
winter
weekends for 6 persons;2 nights £315, 2 nights 'plus'
(staying till 6.00p.m.) £335, 3 nights £355, 4 nights £395
winter midweeks in low season£290 for six persons for
four nights, small reduction for shorter stay.
£15 off these rates for 5
person occupancy, and £30 off for four person occupancy
(and £60 off for two
person occupancy - so just £220 for
five star luxury for 4 mid-week nights for 2 people).
In the one bedroomed cottages (Courtyard
cottages),
winter weekends
for 2 persons are:
4 nghts £200, 3 nights £180, 2 night 'plus' £170 (no need on
a two night stay to depart until the early evening), £160 for two nights
mid-week in low seasonreduce the above by £45.

| a) | no pets are permitted, nor smoking in the cottages themselves. | ||
| b) | accommodation is limited to SIX persons in Knowl, three in Manifold, two in Dove, including children and babies. Any party breaching this condition will be required to leave immediately, and the numbers can not be revolving i.e. of a party of six persons, 2 can not leave after three days with two different persons arriving for the second half of the week. unless agreed at the time of booking and confirmed in writing In Knowl one toddler is allowed in addition to the above number if using a cot and does not count as part of the number | ||
| c) | arrivals are from 3.00 pm and departures by 10.30a.m in Knowl; in the one bedroomed cottages, arrival times are the same in winter if booking does not start on a saturday, but when the bookings start on Saturdays, then to ensure adequate time for cleaning of all three cottages, then arrival times in dove are 4.00p.m. with departure by 11.30a.m. and in Manifold an arrival after 2.30p.m. on the basis of departure by 10.00a.m. | ||
| d) | cancellations: more than 3 months before arrival date £50 payable (£100 in Knowl), more than 2 months the larger of £50 or 30%, more than 1 month before - 40%, more than 3 weeks before - 50%, more than 2 weeks before - 60%, more than 1 week before -70%, more than 72 hours 80%, more than 24 hours 90% , otherwise the full rental less £25 (£40 in Knowl) is payable, whether or not the cottage is subsequently let out. | ||
| e) | not a condition but we go to great length to have the cottages immaculate on your arrival so we appreciate guests leaving the cottage tidy prior to departure | ||
| f) | Any changes to dates after booking; a £30 administration fee is charged - £25 for a short break (guests would be amazed if they knew how much time was invovled in a change of dates); Please note that unless charges are made more than 3 months in advance , section d) above applies. | ||
